There was an upset when higher rankedZlin (2-1) was edged by tenth ranked Vysoka (1-3) in Vysoka nad Labem 67-64 on Sunday. Vysoka looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The winners were led by forward Ondrej Peterka (197-1991, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored that evening 15 points and supported him with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Even a double-double of 10 points and 14 rebounds by forward Vladimir Vondra (206-2002, college: Northwest JC) did not help to save the game for Zlin . Tomas Jansa added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Vysoka left bottom position moving up to seventh place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Zlin dropped to the fourth position with one game lost. They share it with Brno 2.
